CHSAA has signed an agreement with Texas-based Publishing Concepts (PCI) to update the all-alumni directory. Last published in 2013, the directory is very popular with CHSAA members and other graduates. PCI is the successor company to Harris Publishing and Harris Connect, the previous publisher. The updated directory will be available in 2018.

The directory project has several phases. This summer PCI will mail several postcards to alumni, announcing the project and verifying its legitimacy as a CHSAA project as a way to find as many CHS alumni as possible. In the second phase, PCI will verify information using e-mail and telephone calls so directory biographical listings can be updated. During the phoning phase, PCI representatives will identify themselves as calling on behalf of CHSAA. Alumni will be given an opportunity to order a directory at that time. When published, the updated directory will be available as a hard cover book, as a digital file, or both.

Following completion of the project, CHSAA will receive an updated digital file from PCI. This will be very helpful to future reunion committees who request a class list from CHSAA.

CHSAA members can help make the project successful by spreading the word among alumni who aren’t members of CHSAA, such as siblings, classmates and friends, that PCI can be trusted and is a partner with CHSAA.
